Meronheddo shows considerable skill by combining vectoring and painting into one amazing wall with snow and amazing effects, the hair looks really amazing! Check it out!
Why did you make this wall?
i am now so ashamed of my vectoring skills.
looks like you actually vector the lines as solid shapes, as opposed to using brushes. wow...
but i think you made the skin too reddish. needs more yellow. that way it'll really 'pop' against the blue background. and what blending mode exactly did you use? screen? i think that's what made the colours a bit too pale, especially for her hair.
but this one's a fav because that's an awesome vector.
vector away man!
Because Risa Harada deserves more attention XD(no really, i'm serious XD even if i make this expression)
heck i vector alot(and when i dont vector wallpapers i vector manga scans and colour em)
for blending i used softlight, or overlay
if i tried to make the face more ''yellow'ish '' as you said it whould pop out i guess, but then it whould fit kinda match with her hair colour, hmmmmm
well every person has their own vectoring style and skill level
i dont know if you meant it for real what you said or not, but i dont think there is a reason to be ashamed of your skill <<
infact, the reason why i work vector based is because it's my strongest point
when i first tried trail adobe ps 6 i didn't even know how to extract a person out of a scan or know how to blend or anything else ^^''
so i mostly just gave up, when i tried again it was 2005, where i had chosen 1 week computer ''design''
so we worked with adobe for 4-5 days and 1 day with some 3D program, and of course iwas not interested in making 3D(for like machines and stuff)
i wanted to work with PS cs 2, thats where i began to learn how to do things, (atleast i somewhat was able to extract people out of scans) and when it was 2006/after new year we could chose to have Computer design as a subject so i did that, and some new year and on i tried different stuff
most likly vectoring is not hard, it's just if you understand those god damn tutorials on the net
well yeah..this has nothing to do with the main topic i guess <_<
but keep up your own work to(as it seems most of it is One Piece, i always look for something i can work with, and mostly it's always something different)
You've got potential!
keep up the good work.
i'm adding you to my friends list
